Pasta Boil Karne ke Liye:
- Pasta ke liye 2 cup penne ya fusilli choose karein.
- 1 tsp namak
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- Pani (boiling ke liye)
Red Sauce ke Liye:
- 4 medium tamatar (blanch karke puree bana lein)
- 1 chhoti pyaz (barik kati hui)
- 4–5 lehsun ke cloves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil ya makhan
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (oregano + basil)
- 1/4 tsp kali mirch (optional)
- 1 tsp cheeni (taaki sourness balance ho)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional, taste enhance karta hai)
- Namak swad anusar
- Agar pasta ko thoda rich banana ho to ¼ cup grated cheese ya thoda fresh cream (around 2 tbsp) mix karein – dono optional hain.

✅ Step 1: Pasta ko Boil Karein
Ek bade pan mein paani ubalne rakhein. Usmein 1 tsp namak aur 1 tsp oil daal dein. Jab paani ache se ubalne lage, pasta daal kar 8–10 minute tak boil karein. Jab pasta thoda chewy ho jaye (al dente), tab usse chaan kar thande paani se rinse karein aur side mein rakh dein.

Ab boiled pasta is red sauce mein daal dein aur ache se mix karein. Sauce sirf ek jagah na rahe – pasta ko aise toss karein ki har bite flavour se loaded ho. Agar sauce thoda zyada thick ho gaya ho to pasta ka thoda boiled water daal kar consistency adjust karein.
