Paneer Paratha Recipe | Homemade Stuffed Paneer Paratha
Paneer Paratha ek tasty aur protein-rich stuffed Indian flatbread hai jo crumbled paneer aur masaledar spices ke saath banaya jata hai. Ye North India ka ek popular breakfast option hai, jo garma-garam makhan, dahi ya achar ke saath best lagta hai!
📝 Ingredients
Dough ke liye:
- 2 cups gehun ka aata (whole wheat flour)
- 1/2 tsp namak
- Zarurat ke hisaab se paani
- 1 tsp tel (optional)
For Stuffing:
- 1 cup grated ya crumbled paneer (fresh ho to best!)
- 1 hari mirch (barik kati hui)
- 1 tsp adrak (grated)
- 1 tbsp hara dhaniya (barik kata hua)
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Swad anusar namak
For Cooking:
Ghee or butter (for roasting)
🍳 How to Make Paneer Paratha – Step-by-Step
✅ Step 1: Prepare Dough
1. Ek bade bowl me aata aur namak daalein.
2. Dheere-dheere paani daalke soft aur smooth dough gundh lein.
3. Dough ko cover karke 15–20 minutes ke liye rakh dein.
✅ Step 2: Stuffing Tayaar Karein
1. Ek bowl me paneer, hari mirch, adrak, hara dhaniya aur sab masale daalke mix karein.
2. Paneer ki stuffing ko pyar se milayein, zyada josh me na aayein — nahi to stuffing geeli ho jayegi aur paratha banana mushkil!
3. Ab stuffing ko side me rakh dein.
✅ Step 3: Paratha Stuff Karein & Roll Karein
1. Dough ko barabar size ke parts me baant lein aur choti choti balls bana lein.
2. Ab ek peda uthaiye aur belan se use 4 inch ke gol circle me beliye, na zyada mota na patla.
3. Beech me 2 tablespoons stuffing daalein.
4. Charon taraf se fold karke pouch bana lein.
5. Halke haath se 6–7 inch ka paratha bel lein.
✅ Step 4: Paratha Sekhein
1. Tawa medium flame par garam karein.
2. Paratha rakhein aur dono sides 30–40 seconds tak sekhein.
3. Ghee ya makhan lagakar dono taraf se pyaar se sekhein — jab tak halka sa crunch aur golden color na aa jaye, tab tak chhodna mat!
4. Sabhi parathas isi tarah tayaar karein.
