Maggi – ek aisi naam jo har generation ke dil ke kareeb hai. Chahe aap hostel mein ho, office se late aaye ho ya sirf kuch quick snack banana chahte ho – Maggi har waqt ka hero ban jaata hai. Lekin agar isme thoda sa healthy twist mil jaye, toh baat hi kuch aur hoti hai. Aaj hum bana rahe hain Veg Masala Maggi – jisme milega spicy desi tadka, colorful vegetables, aur woh nostalgic taste jo sabko pasand aata hai. Ye recipe sirf 10 minute mein ready ho jaati hai aur bachhon se leke bade tak sab ise maze se khate hain!
๐งบ Veg Masala Maggi Ingredients (2 Servings):
- 2 packets Maggi noodles (any flavor)
- 1 tablespoon oil (refined ya ghee dono chalega)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 medium onion – finely chopped
- 1 green chili, minced finely (add only if you like it spicy)
- ½ cup carrots – grated ya finely chopped
- ½ cup capsicum – chopped (any color)
- ¼ cup green peas – frozen ya boiled
- 1 small tomato – finely chopped (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon pav bhaji masala ya garam masala
- Salt – as per taste
- 2 cups water
- Maggi tastemaker (2 sachets from the packets)
- Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
- Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon (optional)

1. Preparation:
Shuruaat mein sabziyan chop kar lena best hota hai – isse cooking mein time nahi lagta. Maggi noodles ko packet se nikaal kar 4 parts mein tod lein.
2. Tadka Time:
Ek pan ya kadhai mein tel garam karein. Usme jeera daalein aur jab woh crackle ho jaaye, tab usme pyaaz aur hari mirch daalein. Halka golden hone tak bhun lein.
3. Add Veggies:
Is stage par sabziya – gajar, capsicum, matar aur tomatoes add karen, taki taste aur texture dono barh jayein. 2-3 minute tak medium flame par bhunein jab tak sabziya thodi soft na ho jaayein.
4. Masale Daalna:
Turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala (ya garam masala) aur thoda sa namak daalein. Masalo ko ache se sabziyon mein mix karein.
5. Water & Maggi:
Ab 2 cup paani daalein aur ubalne dein. Jaise hi paani ubalne lage, Maggi noodles aur tastemaker masala daal dein.
6. Cook Maggi:
Noodles ko ache se stir karein taki sabzi aur masala ache se mix ho jaaye. 3–4 minute tak medium flame par pakayein jab tak noodles soft aur masaledar na ho jaayein.
7. Final Touch:
Akhri touch ke liye gas band karke upar se thoda nimbu ka ras nichod dein aur hara dhaniya se sajayein.
