- 10–12 soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup fresh cream

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Salt – as per taste
- 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil

👩🍳 Step-by-Step – How to Make Malai Kofta
1. Make the Kofta Balls
Ek bowl mein grated paneer, mashed aloo, cornflour, salt aur pepper ache se mix karo.
Agar aapko thoda rich aur surprise element chahiye, to har kofta ke beech mein halka sa grated cheese aur kuchh chopped kaju bhar sakte ho — bite mein creamy texture aur mazedaar crunch milega.
Koftas ko round shape do aur medium hot oil mein golden brown hone tak fry karo.
Fry hone ke baad tissue paper pe nikaal lo taaki excess oil chala jaaye.
2. Prepare the Gravy (North Indian Curry Base)
Ek pan mein thoda oil garam karke onions ko golden brown hone tak bhuno.
