🐔 For Marination:
- Chicken – 500 grams (bone-in ya boneless)
- Dahi (Curd) – ½ cup
- Kali mirch powder – 1 tsp
- Adrak Lahsun paste – 1 tbsp
- Namak – 1 tsp
- Nimbu ka ras – 1 tbsp

- Desi ghee ya oil – 2 tbsp
- Tej patta – 1
- Laung – 2
- Kali mirch sabut – 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Hari mirch – 2 (slit)
- Adrak lahsun paste – 1 tbsp
- Pyaaz – 2 (finely chopped)
- Dahi – ½ cup (whisked)
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Namak – swad anusar

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe – Chicken Kali Mirch
🔹 Step 1: Marination
Chicken ko dahi, kali mirch, adrak lahsun paste, nimbu aur namak ke saath ache se mix karke 30 minutes ke liye rakh dein. Marination se chicken soft aur flavorful banega.
🔹 Step 2: Gravy ka Base
Ek pan mein ghee garam karein. Ab tej patta, laung aur kuch freshly crushed kali mirch daal kar ek minute tak bhunein, taaki masale apna aroma chhod dein. Ab ismein hari mirch aur adrak lahsun paste daal kar 1-2 minute bhunein.
🔹 Step 3: Pyaaz aur Dahi
Chopped pyaaz ko pan mein daal kar dheere-dheere bhunein, jab tak wo sunehri rang na le le. Phir dahi daal kar ache se mix karein aur 5 minute tak medium flame pe pakayein jab tak oil alag na hone lage.

Marinated chicken ko gravy mein daal kar ache se milayein. 10-15 minutes tak medium flame pe dhak kar pakayein. Chicken pakte waqt apna pani chhodega — usi se is dish mein rich flavour ka magic aayega.
🔹 Step 5: Final Touch
Jab chicken ache se pak jaye to usmein fresh cream, garam masala aur thoda aur crushed kali mirch daal kar 3-4 minute sim pe cook karein.
