👨🍳 How to Make Chicken Masala Fry (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Masala ka base banao
Kadai mein oil garam karo. Ab usmein pyaz daal kar medium flame pe bhuno jab tak golden brown na ho jaye. Yehi step taste banata hai — patience rakho!
Step 2: Ginger-garlic ka tadka
Ab adrak-lahsun paste daal ke 1 minute bhuno — taaki raw smell chali jaye.

Ab flame ko dhimi kar ke chicken ko dhak kar usi masaledaar gravy mein 20–25 minute tak apne aap pakne do — bina jaldi ke, taaki har tukda flavour soak kar le. Beech mein ek do baar halka sa chammach ghumake check kar lo — chicken soft aur masaledaar ho raha hoga.
