๐Ÿซ“ Dough ke liye:


  • 1.5 cup gehun ka atta
  • Thoda sa namak
  • Thoda pani (dough banane ke liye)
  • 1 tsp tel (optional)

  • 1.5 cup grated gobhi (cauliflower)
  • 1-2 hari mirch (bareek kati hui)
  • 1 tsp adrak (grated)
  • ½ tsp lal mirch powder
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Namak swad anusar
  • 1-2 tbsp hara dhaniya (optional, par flavour ke liye must!)

1. Dough ready karo:


Ek bowl mein atta, namak daalo. Dheere dheere paani milate hue soft dough gundo lo.


Upar se halka sa tel laga ke cover karo aur 10-15 min ke liye side mein rakh do.



2. Stuffing banao:


Gobhi ko grate kar lo aur agar zyada pani ho toh halka sa nichod lo.


Ab usmein mirch, adrak, saare masale aur hara dhaniya daal kar mix kar lo.


Stuffing ready ho jaaye toh ek baar swad check kar lena — kabhi kabhi masale thode kam ya zyada lag sakte hain.




3. Paratha banaye:


Ab dough ka ek hissa lein, haathon se gol shape banayein, aur belan se halka sa belna shuru karein.


Beech mein stuffing rakho (achhi quantity), saare edges upar se close karo.


Dheere se belan se bel lo. Dhyan rahe stuffing bahar na nikle.



4. Tawa pe sekhna:


Garam tawa pe paratha daalo.


Ek side halka sa cook ho jaaye toh palto aur ghee/oil laga kar dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekho.
